Troubleshooting and FAQ

Quick fixes for login, invites, limits, payments and performance issues.

# Login issues

# Google popup blocked

Allow popups and disable Shields for localhost or your domain, then retry.

# Wrong account joined

Log out, log in with the invited email, and open the invite link again.

# Invitations

# Link says invalid

The token may have been used or declined. Ask the sender to invite you again.

# No email received

Check spam, confirm the email spelling, and try the direct join link.

# Limits

# Cannot create project

You hit the Free or Pro cap. Delete an unused project, or upgrade to Max for unlimited.

# Cannot add members

Same cause. Remove inactive members or upgrade.

# Payments

# Paid but still on Free

Use Subscription and Pro restoration to re-sync. Then refresh once.

# Card failed

Open Payment resolution and retry, or switch to Free temporarily.

# Still stuck

• Refresh and retry once.
• Try a private window to rule out extensions.
• Contact support with your workspace name and the page URL.
