Downgrade and cancel

Change plans safely with the plan-change wizard. Edit or cancel pending changes anytime.

# Change plan

1. Open Subscription.
2. Select Change plan and pick the target plan.
3. Follow the wizard steps.
4. Confirm the change.

The wizard explains limits before you confirm, so you never lose work by surprise.

# Pending changes

Some changes are scheduled, not instant. You can:

• Edit a pending change before it applies.
• Cancel a pending change to stay on the current plan.

# Before downgrading

• Export projects you may lose access to.
• Reduce workspaces, projects or members to fit the lower limits.
• Tell teammates so no one is surprised.

# Cancel to Free

Canceling moves you to Free at the end of the cycle. Your data stays, but Free limits apply.
