Invite your team

Invite members by email, share join links, and manage accept and decline flows.

# Invite by email

1. Open workspace or project members.
2. Enter the teammate email and send the invitation.
3. They get an email with a Join button and expiry-safe token link.

# Join by link

Share the invitation URL directly in Slack or WhatsApp:

/invitations/join/{token}

New users can create an account and join in one flow. Existing users join instantly.

# Accept or decline

Recipients can accept or decline from the email, the join page, or the notification bell. Declined invites stay logged but grant no access.

# Remove a member

Remove members from workspace or project settings. Removed users lose access immediately but their past activity stays in the log.

Tip: invite observers as project members when clients only need visibility.
