- Technical signals: IP address, browser and device type, and usage logs used to keep boards fast and fix errors.
How we use it
- Run and improve your workspaces, boards, and notifications.
- Process voice notes and attachments on your task cards.
- Send security alerts, password resets, and invite links. Never marketing spam.
Sharing and security
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or workspace data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on secure cloud infrastructure. Only people your team invites can see inside your workspaces.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your workspace. Analytics cookies, if enabled, only measure aggregate usage so we can speed up slow pages. You can clear cookies any time; you will just need to sign in again.
Your rights and choices
You control your data. Edit, archive, or permanently delete workspaces, projects, tasks, and your account from settings at any time. Deletion removes your content from live systems; encrypted backups expire shortly after.
