Terms of Service

To use Clarityy, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for all activity under your workspace. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to use Clarityy to:

• Upload or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, or attack the platform infrastructure.
• Access workspaces or data you were not invited to.

Clarityy is free for up to 2 users inside a workspace. Larger workspaces pay monthly or annually per our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. We will always show the price before you pay.

Your content stays yours: tasks, files, voice notes, mockups, everything your team creates. The Clarityy software, branding, and design stay ours and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, commit fraud, or stop paying. You may leave any time and can export or delete your workspace data first. Our Privacy Policy explains deletion in detail.

Clarityy is provided as is and as available. We work hard on reliability but cannot promise zero downtime. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the platform.

We may update these terms as the product grows. Big changes get announced inside the product first. Continuing to use Clarityy after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions? Reach us on the contact page.
